Fancy Shower

MrsCyclops and I had a lovely dinner and night away at Balbirnie.  Our room had a very fancy shower, that looked like it should probably be able to support time travel if required.  I didn't find the right control for that, but did have a lovely shower.

The tasting menu (7 courses!) this evening was particularly good - the Smoked Haddock and Venison were epic.

Braised haunch & root vegetable pie, black garlic, puy lentils, caramelised celeriac & truffle puree

Green apple sorbet, toffee apple puree
 
TIRAMISU
Dulce de Leche, Amaretti biscuits, sherry vinegar, caramel, coffee & caramel ice cream

Pear & ginger chutney, oat cakes
