We had a sunny day - not as sunny as yesterday, but bright enough.

Noo’s rugby festival was cancelled, but the coaches organised training instead. I ran home from there - the long way (12.5 miles)

I cooked lamb for dinner (see extra) and a chilli for tomorrow.
