Relaxation

Nothing is more relaxing than cooking in my opinion ( well alongside a good book or a long bath!! ) So tonight the cookbook was out the wine was poured and Delia provided the inspiration. Aubergines have until recently been avoided in this house but I'm acquiring a taste. 
Youngest was here this afternoon collecting bits for her little rehab bungalow. Her boyfriend came along too. A lovely young man. Great to see her smiling. My fingers are crossed.
