Welcome to the family

Sophie really wanted a hamster for her birthday in just over a week's time. The pet shop had some in so she went with daddy to have a look and chose this one. She is called QT (cutie). Here is QT in the travel box before being moved to her cage. En route she bit Mark. We thing she needs some handling and getting used to people! Thankfully Mark has had a few hamsters in his time so I am sure will help her settle in.

Another full day. Sophie now has extra ballet on a Wednesday because she is going to take her grade 2 exam this summer. We are so pleased because she has not had the confidence to do a solo exam before. Jonathan had choir. Mum had mums and toddlers, community coffee, Waitrose and choir for Jonathan.
Mark had another busy day including the pet shop. Yesterday evening he was out at a funeral visit. Today he is out at a baptism visit. The rich tapestry of life.
