Not what we expected

This was going to be a straightforward water meter Replacement  but like working on a house etc once you remove a cover you see the hidden things. Last night I finished my PowerPoint presentation on our Smart Watermeter Trial, I asked an Engineer Colleague to review it for me and he was impressed.
