Quite a coincidence!

Coming back from walking the dogs at Strichen, I was just saying that I wondered where the hares go to in winter as I hadn’t seen one for about six months.
Well, I just turned the next bend and rather amazingly, I saw these two!!
Hares don’t hibernate but they usually spend the colder months in woodland. Perhaps these two were enticed out by the milder weather.
