Jump In, Drive Off, Park Up, Pay Up

I sort of decided when I set out walking at lunchtime that it wouldn't be a quality photo today and I also had an idea of what the subject would be. Typically, what I wanted to photograph wasn't there - so you'll have to wait for that one.

A few yards down the road though I came upon this and couldn't resist. I've only just noticed these cars popping up in the area. The basic concept is that you register with CAR2GO and you are then entitled to use these cars for a set fee per mile. Looking at the web-site, there is nothing about how parking fines are dealt with but I presume the company knows who has infringed and can make sure they pay up.
