Looking up

Another cold and frosty day but more cloud.

Spoke to my friend, she hasn't been feeling well lately but was brighter today.  I then went on a walk with the U3A and managed to do the whole walk, so was rather pleased with myself:)  Came home, had lunch, did a few jobs and then walked to K's.  When I arrived home realised I needed a blip, so this is looking up the stairs at home!  Out this evening to Natural History club, should be interesting as we have the ranger from an Essex Wildlife site coming to talk to us.
