Is snow white?

Snow reflects the colours around it so here, pre-sunrise, it's pink where it reflects those clouds, and lavender in the shadows.
Later in the day, under thin clouds, it really was very close to white, as in extra 1. Around 3:30, as it was getting dark and as dark clouds gathered, I took the second extra where the snow was definitely blue!
Our visitors are gone ands we are doing loads of washing, and a lot of cleaning up.  Soon we are off to the mountains for a long weekend and the day after we get back the next visitors arrive.
Life isn't boring!
