High visibility exit questionnaire

I guess that the HR Department at Diageo would have preferred the standard 16 answers on the A4 exit interview form. 
They seem to value their squeaky clean "Guinness is good for you" image as the succinct-yet-to-the-point feedback was painted over in no time. 

It would appear that it is not all bed of roses in the world of fermented roasted malt drinks...
