Lesser Black-Backed Gull

This isn't the common Herring Gull you see everywhere but the more unusual, though not rare Lesser Black-Backed Gull. Britain has around 88,000 breeding pairs which account for about 40% of the entire European population. A most elegant bird in flight as, I think, this blip shows.
