Painted stones

Someone has started painting stones again - found these in the woods today.  There were lots of little birds down searching in the leaf litter, and up in the trees, but all too far away for photos.  A wren flew across the path and landed on a tree just beside me, but the few seconds that it stayed there were not enough time to get the camera out of my pocket and fired up.
