Growing up

Drove home from Southampton today, left at 10 am, still -3c …….stopped off at Stafford Services just after 1pm, +7c!!

After my coffee & bacon roll I headed into Congleton as I had arranged to pick the two youngest granddaughters up from school & take them for an early teatime treat at McDonald’s.

Heard all about their school day, whilst enjoying their nuggets and fries, followed by the promise of their chosen McFlurry. Just one problem, the icecream machine was broken :-(

We headed into Tescos nextdoor for a sweetly treat instead…… Candy King Cip filled with pick n mix type sweets!!
