Silly Cow...!

Well another proposal down and we wait to see if it is successful! It would do me no harm if it was!! I went for a celebratory run after as I had a thumping headache and smashed out just over 5 miles in 45 mins! Not bad for someone who normally feels every step through the pain in my knackered knees!!

Another good result was that my North Face gilet is being exchanged after a year as the inside of the collars had worn out!!!

Putting H and C to bed was remarkably painless tonight! Now watching Les Miserables on disc and just wondering if Russell Crow and Hugh Jackman should just stick to voice acting and avoid singing!!
