The Mole

The mole- the machine that buries the high fibre broadband in the field, is currently working through the fields round our house so super- duper connectivity is not far away. It cuts, buries and covers as it goes- unless it hits big rocks, which it does a lot round here. Then it makes a mess.  And its a pretty murky photo because its been thick fog here all day.,
 
They turned up before 8 this morning which was a shock when I opened the bedroom curtains onto the field this morning, in my nightdress. 

They were pleased I'd made fruitcake
