Tooting Common: A Splash of Colour
Splashier in large
Extras:
Tufted duck (m) courtship
Tufted duck (f)
Pontoon moorhen
Surface tension
Went to see whether the ice was still livening things up on Tooting Common; it is milder so a lot has melted, but some large patches remained away from the bubblers.
I saw a pair of mandarins (from a distance) and enjoyed watching the tufted ducks courting (they much such a sweet little squeaky toy noise), but it was this landing mallard (with non-deliberate settings) that seemed most different today, but I was torn between the extras...
Others here (or right from Mandarin drake)
