The old salmon bothy….

on the shores of the Firth, in the warmth of a Springlike day, temperatures of 12°! It was a lovely walk round to the trig point and lochan. Ben Wyvis is showing his streaks in the background. The shoreline had flocks of Wigeon, Mallard, Oystercatchers, and Curlew and in the woods there were Greenfinches, Goldfinches and all the Tits.
A bonus was when I got home, the water supply had been restored after a major burst in the High Street this morning.
