Grey Heron

The aggressive female flew down from the dovecote today and was joined by the really young male. I gave them both a feed and made my  way  round to feed the regular male however he wasn't there. I was joined by the passive female and another youngster (today's shot) I started feeding them only to see another 3 join them. I have kind of lost track a bit of who is there now! I fed them all anyway and there were only a few skirmishes. I saved a couple of large pieces and moved on a bit and spotted the regular male waiting in a new location. At least he got something, if not his usual feed. That made a total of at least 6. 
It was then off to feed the crows on the road home!
