The Republic of Bray

I was reading today that some unfortunate on the Northside of Dublin had his electric scooter confiscated and was fined for riding it. They are saying he had no insurance. Fortunately in the Republic of Bray (same size as the Vatican but with more people who think they are infallible) no such draconian laws exist. You can scoot around day or night, on the road or on the footpath without any fear of being harassed by local law enforcement.
