Wind Blown Snow

A blue sky day for a change and the snow from yesterday was blowing across the ice leaving bare patches. I tried in vain to make a photograph of the receding pattern of ice and snow (like this one).

I preferred this image of wavy patterns in the snow near the shore, although the thumbnail view looks as though there's nothing in the image.
