The Last of the Lump Cake

My English friend came for dinner this evening. I love having the opportunity to cook something modern and contemporary as opposed to boring Austrian. This time I cooked a sweet potato, spinach and blue cheese frittata with some dried ham thrown over as the meat component for Hubby. The last piece of lump cake was refused and here it is looking up at me begging to be eaten later.
