Getting Ready for the Next One

My crossroad neighbor, Ethan, came over to clear the 14 inches of snow we had on Monday from the potting shed roof.   Another 5-8 inches of snow is supposed to fall tonight before it changes over to rain.  It will be quite the mess.  I worry about ice accumulation on the trees.  This last storm the snow was light and fluffy but tomorrow will be a different thing.  During Monday's storm I spotted the dreaded Northern Snow Serpent in my front yard, harbinger of bad storms with his scaly green skin.  So, I knew we were in for a lot of snow.  (extra)
