Exploring the canoes

Really enjoyed a quiet half an hour with the canoe collection in the Pitt Rivers Museum this lunchtime. Unfortunately some of the best exhibits are suspended very high up - including some intricately carved paddles I wanted to photograph for 'research' before I attempt one myself soon - however the extent of the examples is amazing nonetheless.
