Carrot & Coriander!

7°C  -  8 mph WNW Wind Speed  -  18 mph Gusts  -  Sunny Spells.  Still no Spring shoots showing in the garden.  There's still some sorry-looking coriander though, so I decided to blip my Carrot & Coriander soup that I'm just about to imbibe.  It's my favourite soup and I always buy a couple of tins whether I'm in Aldis, Lidls, or Tescos.  Each brand tastes slightly different but the best is the home-made one made by niece Fiona  -  it really is the best!  It tastes even better in this mug she bought me when my last one broke.
