More catering tech

The eBay Hobart mixer arrived from Newquay today. The packaging was great, but somehow the speed control isn’t working. I have videos from the seller showing it working (which could have been taken at another time or using another machine), but it’s completely unresponsive.

Perhaps it got dropped by Parceforce. That’s difficult to prove, but I’ve put in an insurance claim anyway.

I’ve also made a request to return it to the seller, but understandably they don’t want it back.

Ah well. The joys of long distance buying.
