Robin

Even though it was cold and mostly dismal, I had a most enjoyable wade through the mud and deep puddles beside the river. It was a joy to see the bird life - there seem to have been so few birds around of late. I spotted centi's warblers and some fieldfares, as well as the more usual great tits, goldfinches and cormorants, to name but a few. it was the robin that stole the show though :)

Then a visit to Mum who is, once more, not at her best but very pleased to see me!
