Defrosting

Decided to take the running up another five minutes but outside this morning. It was great to be out again and knee was fine, actually did 24 minutes so nearly back to normal 30 minute run. Canal path very quiet and water starting to melt, but lots of coots, moorhens and ducks still walking on ice.
Ironing and packed ready to head north in the morning.
Daughter popped in on her way back from a friends so we had the grandson to play with for a while.
Weather warmer but drizzle on and off, still managed to stay dry on run and walks with Hetty.
