The waiting game

The latest addition to my medication for high blood pressure hasn't been a huge success, and after 3 weeks of insomnia, headaches, and rising BP I'm feeling a little jaded. After a telephone conversation with my GP the medication has been changed and a prescription is on its way to the chemist's. Fingers crossed that this one works!

Another sunny afternoon and another walk, the Humbleton round again in the hope of seeing red squirrels on the Common. No luck on that score today, but there was a heron hunting on the pond.
Stopped for a while to chat with Sheila, who feeds the birds - good to see her for the first time in several months.
