Frangipani

The family came home, v quietly, at 5.45 but didn't emerge till about 11 and Olivia didn't come home till 6. She was next door with Eryi and Siyi.

I was dressed much earlier today and worked for a couple of hours on budget stuff. When I came back to it later the internet was playing up so ended up working on my lap in the open plan. It wasn't compared, just time consuming.

It was dull and overcast but Amelia and I went to the pool. The water v was freezing, fall out from all the recent rain. In fact it was cool all day, barely above 26. Amelia spent ages picking up frangipani flowers and putting them in the pool. We collected them all up and brought them home 'foe mummy'. I finished my budget task and sent off the file to S for thoughts. 

I nearly brought a haggis out with me. Wish I had. Wen Hui went off and bought some, tinned of course. Not a great experience and eaten with chicken breast and salad. 

I'm amazed at Kitty. After having been pretty much AWOL for 5 days she spent most of the late afternoon and evening out and about, on the balcony, allowing herself to be petted, following folk around. Despite not being a lap cat she clearly missed the family 

Was in bed before 10. Really tired after all these broken nights.
