tree sculpture

A rare but enjoyable trip to Clarks Village this morning. I usually avoid clothes shopping as much as possible. All that trying on clothes in little changing rooms and finding the clothes rarely look as good on me as they did on the hanger! But Helen and I had a giggle a few bargains and a really good cornish pasty ( Pasty Presto). This is the tree sculpture there. Created by artist Gordon Young , he took his inspiration from Somerset's long and various history with the apple tree.
