Lingering

The last few people lingering over their afternoon tea at Old Government House this afternoon.

We were desperate to get rid of them, but they didn't want to go.  

I have to say I don't altogether blame them.  It's a perfect spot for a cup of tea or coffee and a delicious scone, all in the wonderful garden we have at OGH.

PS: We got the Victorian Mannequin, but had to pay a whole lot more than we wanted to .  I think we were up against the National Trust who own a very significant collection of gowns from the Victorian era at their headquarters in Ayers House on North Terrace.  BUT WE WON!!!
