I have done a lot of walking today.

Hetty and I had our usual canal and woods circuit. The CRT volunteers were out in force. I gave them a wide berth for fear of being recognised as the woman who got stuck in a hedge. 

Still lots of ice in patches but it's beginning to thaw. That'll mean Hetty will get muddy and require rinsing after walks.  She'll hate that. 

Home for coffee and then we walked into town for the market. 

This afternoon I did some baking. I'll deliver a couple of slices  of the cake I made to Roger. Partly as an excuse to check up on him.
