Burning desire

a couple of weeks ago Miss H and I spotted this wonderful fireplace, and managed to sweet talk someone into selling it to her for a very reasonable price. It wasn't in a retail establishment so she knew it was safe there until she could convince Mr H to go and pick it up. She has mentioned it on more than one occasion trying to work out when he and she could both go and finalise the deal. She had set her heart on it, and fallen in love with it ....
Well we beat her to it, and yesterday went and got it for her, and wrapped it up in the garage for her birthday today. She was totally shocked by it , and delighted, so now we need to find somewhere that can shot blast it!

We had a lovely meal out this evening... if any of you are in the locality and looking for good Freanch style food, try The Terrace in Saltaire. Tres bien, or should that be tres bon? Either way it was lovely, and we had a very pleasant evening celebrating another year.
