This is my best side!

Today it remained cold and bleak for both the run to school and the pick up.  Around 11am we had learned that tomorrow the children in Violet's year were to go to school dressed as robots.  We weren't prepared and hoped that we could pick up some supplies after school.  Violet informed us that she didn't really like robots and to add insult to injury it rained while we shopped as well.  We did get some material and pipe cleaners for antennae (do robots really have them?) and I managed to fashion a quick tabard  before Violet went home to her mummy.
At some point during the morning I took some shots of the ground feeding birds that came to our garden for breakfast: featured here are a couple of them and I shall tag them for Wildwed
