The View from Lamp post 2

as I was on my way back from my walk this afternoon. This is looking up the Firth of Forth towards Edinburgh.
Another very quiet day here, in every way. There has been no wind and the sea was flat calm. I spoke to a couple of people on my wee walks. Geordie walked to St Monans and back with Jim and Amber, and had a wee run around in the park on the way back.
I’ve done my exercises repeatedly and added three new ones.
