Sunlit Path

This is the painting I completed last week in open studio. It is an oil painting that is eight by ten inches in size. My good friend Cathy bought the painting and took it home with her. Today she brought it in so I could photograph it and put it on my art website.

Today at open studio I put the finishing touches on the painting I did on Mother's Day at Big Rock Garden. It was a rainy day so the colors are quite a bit more subtle and subdued than those in this painting. You can compare the two if you'd like on my painting website.
