this is brian. he's a cool dude. a staple night rider yet somehow goes to the beat of a different drum, or however that cliche rolls. a snappy dresser, great taste in music, great laugh, great smile. I always enjoy his company. super chill. rock on, man.

so, tonight was the Ride of Silence, but on account of the shitty weather/tornadoes, we cut it very short. a powerful and moving ride nonetheless. very meditative, really, when about 200 cyclists move as one, silent, contemplative. puts shit into perspective, that's for sure.

on a lighter note, it was also O'Brien's birthday. so we rode the lightning to the Gingerman and tied on about four beers a-piece, listening to tornado sirens and watching the rain collect on our bikes.

a good night, all around, for so many reasons. rest safe, all.
