Friday flowers

Yesterday I was a bit out of sorts - too much sun me thinks.

Today, much better - although the mosquito bites predominately on my legs are causing me to have good strong will power, NOT to itch. Bite cream helping and anti-histamine tablet.

Walk along the beach this morning - gosh that Atlantic sea is cold .. and powerful. Red flags out today.

Only seen three flowers here .. I’m an added extra ;)
