Freebies

Had a meeting at Endeavour House today. It's the headquarters of Suffolk County Council and in the foyer they had a stand to promote home composting. Tucked away in the leaflets and order forms were free packets of sunflower seeds. We tried growing sunflowers a few years ago but they weren't that successful. This time we're going to put them in the raised bed we built, in the sunniest corner of the garden and hopefully they'll look great towering over the peas and tomatoes.
