a personal ice sculpture

Tomorrow Breckenridge will have timed entries to see the snow sculptures created by various artists from a pile of snow fashioned with just hand tools. We thought we'd leave our nest and go down to take a sneak peak today. But it snowed and snowed, so we stayed in our PJs and did a jigsaw puzzle instead. 
When I stepped out to look for a blip, I found this lovely icicle forming on a bare aspen tree right by our third floor window. No hand tools necessary!
