First Triathlon of the Year

Took Tiggy back to the vets, after X-rays the vet confirmed no fracture but suspected soft tissue damage. So it's house rest for a few days, proving difficult as he just wants to escape the house! But the medication is working and he seems more himself and mobile!

This evening was my first triathlon of the year a cheeky 550m open water swim, 18km bike and 4km run. Enjoyed it although we were a little rushed in getting there. Firstly due to me putting the wrong postcode into the sat nav and then K taking the wrong exit and ending up on the motorway, after an additional 40miles travelled we arrived with minutes to spare and made it to the start line!

No idea on times will have to wait for the results to be out!
