in preparation for Love Your Local Market fortnight (15 May to 29 May) - National initiative to encourage new businesses to try market trading as an option... we have a lot of activity going on in Victoria Centre Market - several food stalls will be there for the two weeks including one cooking and selling Philippine/Singapore / Malaysian dishes - the chef was in today preparing and trying out recipes...

i think the waistline may be challenged during the next two weeks - there's going to be a hog roast, olives and deli, hand made chocolate, Caribbean preserves, chinese food, indian dishes... oh my!
