Great Spotted Woodpecker

They usually go for the nuts but this morning the fat balls were the preferred choice. Maybe they sense that more snow is coming and they need the fat.
Much colder today . Down to 2 C  and snow forecast for tomorrow.  I am hoping the forecast is wrong.
