New Builds

The waterfront building along the River Taw  in Barnstaple  is progressing; I was amazed to see how many new builds have a gone up in the four weeks since I last went to coffee here with the usual suspects. Calmness on the river meant I got a good reflection of them.  I am still not sure I like them and fear a good opportunity to redevelop that side of the river differently has been lost.  These homes are not cheap so no locals will be buying until they retire probably!
