Tower at Bon Auberge Restaurant

I was having Coffee in the Starbucks Cafe inside the Cineworld this afternoon.
I was sitting by the window and noticed the Tower at the Bon Auberge Restaurant/ Holiday Inn Hotel with a Weathercock at the top.
I had not paid much attention to it previously from Ground Level.
