A busy day today which started at 7.15am to prep for paddle with my pals. The water was damn freezing and I am only getting wet up to my venerable belly button (against the Prof’s advice I might add).

And possibly the best cappocheeno I have ever had. If you come to Bray and you like coffee,please apply to me for advice first.

Then lots of things to do before lunch with Breda, an old friend and cool woman.

Then housework

To answer a blipper, I watched The Menu last evening but had to stop half way as was in the house by myself. And it scared the BJ out of me. I watched Triangle of Sadness previous evening (and was expecting Lord of the Flies) and was disappointed…. A bit long winded and directionless.

This evening, can I recommend on bbc4, Master Cheng at 9pm. About food but also about going where life takes you and not planning too much. Life should be treated as an adventure.
