Saturday afternoon

A special afternoon with friends playing Canasta. Of course the 4pm break for tea and cake is important, and at 6pm the wine is served!
I love playing this game - I am the "filler in" when the regulars are unavailable which suits me. I have had a run of three weeks so far.
And how special it was to play while it rained...a good rainfall which has helped to fill the rain tanks, and make for cooler air. I look forward to sleeping in cooler conditions tonight.
