Superstitions/Safety first.

As I get older, I find myself touching wood more.
(And touching cloth, but ach, that's age for you).

My OCD when spilling salt or seeing black cats begins to come back.
So when a nice workman marks out the dangers of a ladder like this
he has to be snogged full on the lips, doesn't he?
