It was an early start with a drive up to Stepps on the outskirts of Glasgow for a first aid course organised by Yoga Scotland for yoga teachers.
I arrived on time and the Sat Nav got me there without any hitches.
It was lovely to catch up with some yoga teacher pals , as well as enjoy the course.
My blip was taken en route, I could not resist stopping to take a quick photo on my phone of the misty scene .
