Not derelict

Hiking again I noticed a barn in the middle of the forest. No path to nor fro.
So, I had a look, perhaps something for the Derelict Sunday challenge?
The back and side looked derelict. But then I came to the front and noticed a sign next to the door. Readable, relatively new. The fire place (thumbnail) was also quite new. Oh, in use?
The sign read, that this place was video protected, and some other warnings. Obviously the owner does take care of it. Perhaps he should give the barn some fresh air and sunlight, to help it stay clean and dry?
